Annual CPA Celebration Day:

Here at S+O, we celebrate the CPA designation. Our annual day of celebration includes an offsite roundtable discussion sharing facts in regards to firm management and vision. We also set aside some time for a fun team-building activity.

Mentoring Program:

At S+O, our goal is to develop and maintain an environment that builds leadership skills and equips individuals to become more effective accountants, leaders, supervisors, business developers, and advisors. One way we do this is through our mentoring program that is available to everyone in the firm.

Community Involvement: 

S+O encourages our staff to participate in the community via board service or other acts of volunteerism. In addition, we facilitate an annual United Way campaign, sponsor a firm wide volunteer day at the Oklahoma Food Bank, support Leadership Tulsa, and belong to several associations. Many S+O Shareholders lead in Community Involvement with their memberships in various community associations.

Investment in Employees:

S+O invests in employees including paying for CPA licensing fees and providing unlimited CPE with AICPA. S+O also encourages passing the CPA exam with generous reimbursement and bonus programs. Once all parts of the exam are passed, S+O hosts an evening celebration in your honor.

Referral and Compensation Policy:

S+O believes employees are an excellent resource to finding both new clients and talented individuals. We offer a financial incentive for referrals through a business development commission and a recruitment bonus program.

Personal Space in the Office:

In contrast to a shared space with other employees, S+O has designated workspaces and offices for each employee which they can control. Whether it be lighting, organization, a comfortable chair, the computer and monitor arrangement you choose, or your personal decorative touch S+O allows you the flexibility of making your office space your own.
